Up to date

I went to Kauai last week to go receive my free smoothie with the app that I downloaded, they told me that the Internet was off and was not able to assist me, I then went the following day and they gave me the same reason. I received vouchers yesterday for a smoothie up to the value of R35, I managed to get a smoothie from Virgin Active Bedfordview in the morning and went I went to give Kauai Eastgate the voucher in this afternoon, they told me that they cant take it as they haven't received an email saying they can accept vouchers which I find strange as most of the other Kauai's can accept this voucher.
