Unsatisfactory service

<p>Whilst visiting the Kauai located at VA Mt. Edgecombe I was required to wait for the staff at the till while she finished typing out her chat using her cell phone, to add insult to injury I received a warm cup of coffee. This will be my last visit to this particular koisk and would discourage any potential patron from visiting as well.</p>
