Unpleasant experience

Super slow service and unhelpful staff at the Somerset Mall branch. When I got there I waited forever for someone to show up at the till point to help me. I had to go to the back to ask if someone can help me. All the staff were talking and laughing at the back. When they processed my order I didn't get a slip and before I could ask for one I the cashier disappeared to the back again. I waited and waited and another employee came to ask what my order was.

As I was standing there other customers also became impatient as they were waiting a long time for their orders.

This is unacceptable and super disappointing.
