Unhygienic food preparation process

I am Siphumelelo, I have visited Kauai K90 at virgin active club.

The cashier was cleaning the Floor with a mop and came to take my order and went straight to prepare the Smoothie I had purchase, once I received the smoothie after preps I went to Mpho who was on a phone and I asked her to give me a moment which she asked me to wait, I waited for 2 minutes and I then Asked why she is allowing the gentleman to mop and prepare food at the same time. She told she is busy on the phone with other customers as I am not the only customer.

She went further to tell me that I should have a barrier I am not the only customer they assist. I asked her to give me the contacts of the person they report to, she said everyone reports to her. I must look for those numbers online.

She continued hauling while I left the till, I could hear her saying she cannot stop what she is doing on the phone to assist me.
