Unhygienic and untrained staff

Not sure what the operating model is, but the franchise operator is clearly oblivious to operating etiquette.<br> This branch is reknown for sh*t smoothies!<br> 1) Cleanliness: The surfaces, floors and units are routinely disgusting. Staff are just blind to filth it appears. half a dozen flies swarming on grime ridden services and and specks of food everywhere is a norm. <br> 2) Staff courtesy: Staff are not welcoming nor friendly. It is as if we are a nuisance when requiring anything.<br> 3) Lastly and most importantly (together with cleanliness) - quality of smoothies. The quality of smoothies is simply put, ****! There is just never any consistency. Smoothies are either watered down with tons of ice or a lumpy mess.<br> <br> Hoping Discovery applies some rules to monitor their partners. A minimum level of standards must be maintained.
