Unhelpful, uninterested staff and slow Service

25/11 I was at somerset mall Branch , As I had a hectic schedule that day and had no time for breakfast , Popped in at Kauai for a smoothie to-go. The shop was not busy at all, 5-6 customers at the time, some already had/enjoying their meals. I approached counter. I waited 10 MINUTES to be helped. I called at back and NOBODY Came to help. Eventually after 10 minutes i was assisted and ordered my smoothie. I waited about 30 minutes for my smoothie which is just too long, they had forgot about my order after 20 minutes and I had to ask where is my smoothie. I am usually in and out of the store with in 10 minutes but to wait this long for a beverage and them not being busy is very unacceptable. I lodged a complaint on last week Friday KAUAI website, was told I would hear back from them in 48hrs and I still have heard no feedback!

Its festive season. I think you should employ more FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL staff since the mall becomes super busy this time of the year.
