Unfriendly service!

<p>Had the most disappointing service last night . The 3 ladies working there was so rude and unfriendly as if they don't want to be there and yet their uniforn says "Healthy serving, HAPPILY serving". Clearly they were NOT happy to serve me and my friend.</p> <p> </p> <p>After gym we decided to sit there and not have take away like always. When we asked for a menu which wasn't on the counter the waiter sarcastically rep**** "Hi, how are you".</p> <p> </p> <p>The table where we sat was dirty and messy, when the waiter served our food and drinks my raw juice was HOT!!! I then asked if she can please add some ice to my drink, with no reply even she took the juice and walked away. After a while the waiter stood behind the counter and called us to come and fetch the juice while we were BUSY EATING!! My friend got up to go and get the juice!</p> <p> </p> <p>Isn't she supposed to serve us when we have a sit down there?? If we hadn't payed first we would have rather left but unfortunately that wasn't the case.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kauai is one of our favourite restaurants, such a pitty for the bad customer service....</p>
