Unfriendly service

<p>I was at the Century City VA and had just finished training. My friend and I went to Kauai before we left to get a smoothie each. There was one guy visible in the front busy making a smoothie. When we got his attention we said we wanted to order some smoothies. We were told "sorry we are closed". I asked when did they close and was told "the gym closes at 9 but we close at 8:30". It was 8:34 and asked why he was so unwilling to serve us when he was still busy making smoothies. I can understand if it was maybe 8:45 or they had already washed up. I was just told "sorry" and he turned away and continued making the smoothies he was busy with. Felt like he couldn't care less about customer service. I train daily at the VA there and often frequent the Kauai there and the service is usually fairly good but tonight I was really shocked at how your staff feel about customer service. </p>
