Unfair Kauai

Hi,

I used a Discovery voucher for a flat white at your Century City Virgin Active Branch. The flat white costs R27 and only comes in the larger/regular size right? What I received was a small coffee cup, not even filled to the top.

Now I assume you get paid by Discovery for that flat white when I use the voucher, am I right? Then why did I not receive a flat white, but rather a small drink?

Before you say the voucher is only for small drinks, I want to clarify that they vouchers says this: '1 X Free Hot Drink or small smoothie/raw juice...'

The voucher does not state a small hot drink, and on your menu, your flat white only comes in the larger size, so why did I receive a small drink?
