Unclean food

I ordered food from your Centurion branch on Jean Crossin yesterday and as I was about to finish my meal, I luckily noticed something that really got me so upset. A snail!!!!!!!!!! It was not even dead but moving. I am so disappointed as I am such a big fan of your food. I believed it's carefully cleaned, delicious and full of nutrients.
