Treatment of White patrons vs Black patrons

My wife and I have been to Virgin gyms in and around JHB Roodepoort Sandton Midrand and our experience is that Kauai brings orders of white patrons and the very black people manning the Kauai stores do not bring non white customer orders instead you get a grumpy irritated teller announcing your order and you need to figure by yourself that oh that’s mine. Yet the white patrons get smiles and conversation from the time they place an order till the times the order is brought to where they sit.
