Totally disgusted with the service. Dont ever use their stupid app! It only takes your money

I am so disgusted with the service I have been getting through their app. I have paid now twice and they take the money but I dont get anything in return. I have tried four different numbers I have been given to sort this out and I have even sent a mail through their website in order to assist me. first I purchased the smoothie special they had, very gladly took my money and when I wanted to order the next day i was told the special is finished and I need to contact head office to credit me. Today I ordered lunch for myself and after waiting an hour as I got my tier points and money went off I get a message to say the store never received my order and I should contact the head office. I have now tried calling four times and no luck. So disappointed and disgusted that clients can be treated this way. Honestly feels like money just gets ****** and there is nobody you can contact to hold accountable as the store just responds saying that they cannot change anything it has to be done through head office.
