They avoided my order

I went to the Kauai in Sandton Mall today. I ordered a winter pot, and sat watching wraps fly out one after another, there were like 4 people working on wraps. After 25min of waiting I asked about my order and they hadn't even started.

And the attitude of the person taking my order wasn't great, i asked what was gluten and lactose free and vegetarian but wasn't a salad(I'm lactose and gluten intolerant), and she said "nothing" which wasn't true if we just left out cheese here or chicken there, she seemed upset with me.
