The worst service!!!!!

<p>Randburg Virgin Active - I have never experienced such horrible lack of service at this Kauai before, so this came as a shock! Kauai gave me a birthday voucher and I decided to get a smoothie this morning. about 3 people were present and no one bothered to attend to me even though they could see that I was waiting to be helped, but they did not bother. Eventually when this one guy decided to come finally help me, all he did was scan my voucher, did not say a word after, he just left me standing by the counter, did not say anything about my order, did not give me the slip, he just walked off and continued to do whatever he was doing. I eventually decided to leave, without my smoothie and a wasted voucher. I train at this gym every day and i buy from this Kauai way more than other branches, and I have always been assisted by great staff who are always present to customers..as for this new bunch, I have no idea where they come from, first time i saw them there, but they are the worst and do not deserve to be placed anywhere that has to with customer servicer. so poor!!!</p>
