I encountered an extremely rude smoothie maker boy as I ask since when did Kauai remove the redeeming of stickers for smoothies to an app and that now I can't redeem anything because I had to have the app before I made my purchase. Well excuse me! for not being aware of this as not all Kauai outlets have gone digital. I tried explaining this to him and his response is it's not my problem to which I reply I will make it your problem because Firstly: Bad customer service- Customer Service 101: The customer is always right. No matter what you say and I would know this because I work in retail. I further went on to tell him that if he doesn't work on his customer service he will be stuck as a smoothie maker the rest of his life and his kids will think he's a loser.
