The Kauai by gateway hospital is horrible

I am a Kauai regular I always go to the kauai in gateway thats near McDonalds and I have never had an issue with them the staff there is amazing and the food always comes out perfect but about a week ago I went to the absa bank near the ECR building and afterwards I decided to go to kauai across the road which is by the hospital , I had my mom with me first the staff didnt attend to us we stood at the counter and had to ask to be help also keep in mind we were the only ones standing at the counter we had to ask to be served after that we gave our order to a teller in a green shirt who asked us to repeat our order 4 times as well as asked us whether its sitdown or takeaway like 6 times once she finally got the order taken down it was then stuffed up as we asked for one of the wraps we ordered to not have any avo, they ended up taking avo from the wrong wrap and leaving avo in the one that we wanted it removed from at this point my mom was pretty annoyed with them they finally sorted out the food when we got home to eat and my wrap tasted like it was brutilized with salt and both wraps had tears everywhere with food leaking out all over. I have tried getting customer care but no use.
