Terrible Kauai Humewood

Placed my order online paid for it then set collection time for instore collection at Kauai Humewood Portelizabeth, did I not have to wait a whole 20mins just for them to come at the front disk when the lady finally came out there was no sense of agency at all only to get there it’s a wrong order and that’s just not even the worst part, the cherry on top for me was my order was not even done at all!!! The reason for this was because they cnt see online orders I was asked to wait so they could make it, and I couldn’t do that while rushing for my next appointment I left them with my fully paid order that they did not do, unfortunately for me. 🙁 that was supposed to be my first meal of the day and wow they messed it up.
