Stone IN MY WRAP!!!!!

I ordered a wrap from kauai, while i was eating my first half of the wrap i bit into something very hard and it caused to break my one tooth, i was shocked to discover when i took it out of my mouth that it was a stone!!! i immediately sent them a email to customer care they didn't contact me till now from yesterday.
