Staff shouting on my Fiance for no Reason

always get bad service from this lady. Kuai have phoned me but still yet they didnt do anything about it.<br> I went to order my fitness drinks. the the lady didnt even greet me or nothing i placed an order but still didnt respond hat so ever. she was apperntly to busy to count money, but when a fitness trainer arrived she was all to friendly! walking out she said heres my drinks. I refused to pay because how must i know she is going to make it if she doesnt even greet me? Kuai three rivers is useless. Then this lady working for them shouts on my Fiance??? Kuai does nothing about it??? Seriously will never purchase ever from them again.
