Sour Smoothies @ Lenasia Kauai

Kauai Lenasia Virgin active - Basically if you not a Virgin Active member you should not support Kauai Lenasia branch, does not make any sense, they do not want to assist walk in customers? How are they operating as only members are allowed in. Vodacom offers smoothie and coffee vouchers to be redeemed at Kauai, it's almost impossible as you have to stand at the entrance while this women from Kauai comes to serve, she has no customer skills and extremely impolite. It seems that she is the only worker as each time I went to redeem my vouchers from Vodacom she was the only one available, on one occasion she closed up and went out to surrounding shops and we waited for her to come back to open up and serve us at Virgin Active door. On another occasion she seemed so upset that we were redeeming vouchers and not actually spending, she missed my wicode and had to follow me to my car. On a third occasion I passed her my phone to take down wicodes and she said she can't see it that I should call it out. I felt like I was in a government institute being bul**** by people who are providing a free service. The fourth time she refused my wicodes and said Lenasia does not redeem Vitiman See smoothies, anyway don't know whether the franchisee or the employee is worse as clearly they are operating a failing system. I am now a member of Virgin Active and through these miserable experiences I know better than to support Lenasia Kauai be it with my free vouchers through vodacom or my own hard earned cash. Really disgusting that there are people that treat other people with disregard and no empathy and passion for the work they do. This women is left unsupervised and clearly with no one to answer to, who knows what else she may be capable of doing, I just keep my cool and respect around her coz each time I'm so affraid she may sabotage my smoothies and coffees as this is my first and lasting impression of her character. I actually gave them away at the robot out of doubt which comes from both her attitude and the fact that cuctomers are not allowed to walk in or see the preparation station. Other than this review I am aware that kauai is an awesome health food company with a healthy approach to eating and drinking, I love that smoothies are naturally sweetened and the variety of salad bowls are really good. It's a pity that ethics are so low at Kauai Lenasia.
