Slow Service

Called in to order a Large Peanut Butter Bliss from Kauai Castle Gate in Pretoria - reason was so that I can pay, collect & leave immediately out of a small store. Unfortunately I get there 10mins later, paid the amount but somehow order #16 was not made yet. Poor service for the first time, disappointed yet the team can do better.
