Showing customers away

I am hardly the first nor would I be the last to complain about this. I just want to know who the genius was that decided that Kauai's inside Virgin Actives should only cater to members of Virgin Active and not to the general public as well.

There are very limited healthy options for prepared food in this country and arguably the biggest one is refusing customers. Nobody would take out a gym membership just to have Kauai. STUPID from a business point of view. Joining a gym isn't the only way to stay in shape, why should it be the only way to get decent , healthy, take-away food?
