shockingly, horrible product

I have just ordered a meal (Wrap & Smoothy)online from Kauai, Maponya Mall and had the shock of my life when I received their product.

Just a little background I stay in Kibler park a southern suburban area and work in Soweto, South Western Township, and being a regular customer of Kauai, I have always loved their healthy hearty meals which I order, from home.

looking for a healthier meal option at work, I decided to order a wrap from the Kauai Maponya Mall which was closest to me. Their menu appeared a little different to what I am aqcuainted with but I didn't mind because I had complete trust in the brands' product, that was until the product arrived and I was shocked beyond my days.

There was nothing healthy and fresh about this meal, the wrap was way different to the product I know, it had no herbs no tomatoes, no garnish, just a tortilla with chicken and mayo. I went back to look at their menu and its TOTALY DIFFERENT!

Theres no flu shots, not Hot Bowls, no Low calorie meals, even the shakes are way different.

I truly don't understand whats happening, why open another branch if the product is going to be of a lesser standard and quality?? or is it that the people of Soweto do not deserve healthy, quality meals for their money as other customers in other areas do???

you really need to fix this mess I am utterly disappointed bathong!
