SHocking service

<p>After a few irritating incidences at the Kauai at Morningside (JHB) gym I have decided to write a review. I have been to a few other branches Sandton city, Benmore, Sandton gym and Bryanston Nicolway gym and the poor, consistently bad service at Morningside stands out, If they have not run out of beef or chicken for the wraps, or the staff gets the Vitality voucher system wrong, or you can't seem to order a cappucino after 8.15 pm during the week (claims that there is something wrong with the machine, or they have just put in the chemical cleaner or switched off the machine by the staff);or the the smoothies consistently made differently (you never get the same taste for the same product ordered); or they mess up the fact that you are sitting down to eat vs taking it away or the fact that the wraps are not even toasted - they look raw and as though they have been made hastily without interest/care- these are the actual incidences that I have experienced at this Kauai repetitively and I am TIRED of it. I go to gym to relax and wind down not to get worked up over *********** staff service! Can Kauai please train these staff members or replace them. Consistent unpleasant experiences are UNACCEPTABLE!!</p>
