I visited virgin active Maponya Mall Soweto after gym decided to use my active rewards and claim my smoothe the new lady that works at Kauai was so unprofessional, firstly she was not listening when my friend and I gave her our win codes she was talking to the staff members at virgin while she was suppose to be taking our order. She finally gave us order which tasted terrible we went back to her to tell her that this is not how a smoothe should look or taste like she still gave us bad attitude telling us she used the right ingredients what must she do then. She added more apple juice to our smooth and not frozen yogurt and the ingredients clearly states to add frozen yogurt. We couldn't taste the fruits in order smooth it just tasted like juice. I order a smooth not a juice. <br> She needs to change her attitude to clients and add the correct ingredients to the smooth. It was a waste of my win code and time for us to wait for that order <br>
