Service is deteriorating at this branch

I go to gym at 5:30 each morning, and end up really hungry at the end of my work out. I always pick up something from Kauai. There are two ladies and one gentleman, Happy. I have three complaints:<br> <br> 1. I am not sure what motivated Happy's appointment. This guy doesnt know what he is doing. One morning, the cashier had to constantly check that he is making the right orders and taking to the right people. I thought maybe he is new. But today the same happened, its annoying when I am placing my order but she is speaking to him at the same time. I sit there for quite a while and see that he always ALWAYS takes orders to the wrong people, even after the cashier points out the table to him. <br> <br> 2. I use a wicode for my smoothie, why doesnt this branch have a scanner? I have to read the numbers out, and with the cashier helping me and assisting Happy, she gets it wrong EVERY TIME<br> <br> 3. The pepper shaker has fallen apart and I<br> <br> I hope I get better service in the near future!
