Rude staff member

<p>I had an absolutely terrible experience at your Kauai branch in Cresta Virgin Active last night. I have never been treated so rudely before!</p> <p> </p> <p>It was 8:15pm and i wanted to order a smoothie. I went and stood at the counter directly in front of the lady behind the counter (Noxolo). I saw she was working on a paper so I waited patiently for her to finish what she was doing because i didnt want to interupt her. (I literally stood less than a meter away from her - she knew very well that i was there but she chose not to acknowledge me in any way)</p> <p> </p> <p>After about a minute she looks up at me with a look that could **** and she told me with attitude that she is closed. she didnt greet me, she didnt smile, she just looked at me as if she hated me. I told her that i have been waiting here this whole time, if she is closed why didnt she tell me that when i arrived at the counter? She just glared at me again and said "i didnt see you". I have never been treated so badly by another human being for no reason whatsoever.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this was my employee i would have dismissed her on the spot! How can you have people like that working in the service industry when there are so many good people out there desperate for jobs. She clearly doesnt care about her job if this is how she treats customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore, why was she refusing to serve me at 8:15pm? Doesnt the store close at 9pm?</p> <p> </p> <p>I need a written apology from her for this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p>
