Rude service - menlyn mall

Kauai waste of time and money, its it normal to privide rude service. I waited over 20 min for a smoothy at the menlyn mall kauai. When i followed up witn the cashier se was just rude to the clients helping other people next to me and ignored me completely. As i waited people that order after me received there drink before me and still they ignored me. Wont recommend that anybody order from the menlyn mall kauai. As if i could give negative stars i would
