Rude rude rude

To whom it may concern<br> <br> Its taken me a while to compose this email as i don't believe people can have bad days but probably today i'm having one and now had enough of their rudeness. I've asked fellow gym members if they have the same issue and true enough its not just me.<br> <br> Cape Gate Virgin Kauai staff has got to be the rudest of them all as i've been to various. They will not greet you until they feel they need to speak with you. Then they will simply say code. That means now you must read them the Vitality code for the smoothy you want. Once that is done they wont say anything else, just walk away chat in Xhosa and take their time preparing it.<br> <br> I will rather choose the Vida reward and get a frio or coffee as the service is top class.<br> <br> I hope for Kauai's sake you address this issue as it's leaving a bad vibe which in turn make me not want to go to any Kauai.<br> <br>
