Ridiculous slow service

<p>We are trying to redeem our discovery active rewards from Kauai Northgate and waited 30min for 2 smoothies, upon asking why it is taking so long, the just rep**** that the person making the smoothies is still busy? Really. I think this is doing more Damage than good to the Discovery Vitality image, and Discovery should reconsider their partnership with Kauai as non Virgin members aren't allowed to go into the gym to redeem their rewards. However I am a planet fitness member which is also one of Discovery partners</p>
