Rejoice the bad manager

Tenable experience with the manager at Eastgate kauai her name is Rejoice. She didn't even help us yesterday because she was saying she is doing us a favour to help us. She also refused to give us the head office number because of her bad attitude towards us. I feel like I can't even go to any kauai shops.
