Princess sandwich with a dash of smelly cheese

I ordered the Princess sandwich from Kauai today for lunch (take-away) and the quality was atrocious - <br> the roll was hard, the one half had an awful taste of rotten smelly cheese (like blue cheese but worse) [btw the sandwich does not contain any cheese] the tomato was old and there was hardly any chicken or mayo on the sandwich....<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed as their food usually so good.
