Poor Service - Kauai Cedar Square

Cedar Square Kauai was terrible when it came to service and communicating the status of my order. I wait 30+ minutes every time I order a wrap on the app for pick up, when I schedule pick up for 10-20 minutes and I arrive to pick up my order 20 minutes after placing it… very poor service on a continuous basis.
