Poor service - Kauai Benmore Gardens

I am disappointed yet again by the poor service at Kauai Benmore Gardens. It has happened to me 3 times in a row: I ordered smoothies for 2 on all 3 occasions and my order takes anything from 15-20 mins. I usually order then go to other shops then come collect, without fail on the last 3 times, I’ve had to wait for a further 5-7mins, it is only then when my order is made. The worst for me is the non-chalant attitude of the staff when I raise my concern on the amount of time it’s taken for them to make my order. Benmore Gardens Kauai please do better. This past Sunday morning 10th Sept 2023 I ordered 2 peanut butter bombs and I was told there is no cacao, then I ordered another smoothie that has peanut butter then I was told no they didn’t have dates so I must order something else, I ended up ordering a Vitamin See and and a See Breeze smoothie, I placed the order, paid for it, left the store and went to Dischem, 15 mins later I come back to collect, guess what? My order hasn’t even been made, it took them 22 mins to make from the time I ordered to the time I had my order in mind hand, mind you the store wasn’t busy at all. Very disappointing really!
