Poor service at Kauai Thornhill Polokwane

The Kauai In Polokwane Virgin Active Thornhill has the worst service ever!!! The lady who works in the morning there is rude and does not have respect for people. So i gym in the mornings before work , i ordered an oats meal before heading to the showers. After my shower i had to wait another 10mins for my oats which i ordered.

This is poor service and needs to be improved!!!!
