Kauai at South Gate Virgin Active, Johannesburg, South Africa. They advertise new smoothies, but costumers are told by attended that she has never made “that.” Also no apology for incompetence/unavailability of products, just “owh, i have never made that, pick something else.” Not the first time this Kauai has been poorly managed, previously on separate occasions has not had ice or other products
