Poor service and ingredients missing, no value for money anymore

I absolutely love health-food and Kauai used to be my choice of preference when it comes to take-out. Today we were at Kauai Menlyn and ordered a peanut butter bomb, Berry juice, Avo on Toast as well as a Falafel & Avo Bowl. After specifically asking for a "Bowl" - not a wrap, I checked the till slip after paying and noticed that the cashier ordered a wrap. She corrected it, however, we waited over 25 minutes for our food, eventually, we asked for a takeaway and cancelled the sit-down. When I got home and opened my bowl container, there was NO AVO! So you basically pay R75 for a bunch of leaves and 4 small falafel pieces and zero Avo! Extremely disappointed.
