Poor service

<p>Service is just never the same at this branch. It is very slow, some staff are rude and not every staff wears gloves when chopping vegetables/fruit. I asked the guy serving me today to substitute almonds for peanuts when I ordered the nut milk smoothie. He rep****: "Since when are you allergic, we don't do substitutes ". </p>
