Poor service

I'm extremely disappointed with the non challant service received from Kauai, Marine Walk. I ordered my meal and subsequently ordered the free birthday smoothie. My birthday is the 21st of May and the voucher states that it's valid for 30 days. Today is the 2nd of June. The voucher reflected as invalid. The store manager suggested that I send an email.... For what, a small smoothie....really!!!!!
