Poor service

I wanted to use my vouchers at Kauai in virgin active in Milpark but they gave me a service, in my opinion it was ******. The lady who helped Pretty, asked me lot of questions as if they questioned the legitimate of my vouchers. The card machine was not working and after going out to withdraw cash they told me they can't punch my vouchers or print out a slip.
