POOR SERVICE!

<p>Sent a guy to Kauai to buy lunch for executives and they sent him back saying they did not have one item then i sent him back with list and changed list to different food choices and they send him with one item short. I call them to ask if they can deliver the one item since they were at fault and they say NO!?! Seriously??? The manager of the Claremont branch (Next to food *****s) makes a million excuses and then says they cannot deliver. i have just sent my guy to collect the missing item with a note saying-POOR SERVICE! This lunch is for execs waiting to eat since 12 and lunch time has nearly passed-this is the LAST KAUAI will have orders from me. This is why OSUMO is personally my prefered shop to purchase healthy foods from. Never again Kauai and sad because you have some amazing staff that works for you-but the Manager-BAD LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT and ATTITUDE!</p>
