Poor Service

I just wanted to mention that the Kauai in Tyger Valley seems to be poorly staffed and there seems to be a break down in relationship between the management and the staff. Workers sitting on the floor behind the counter near closing time, management having an argument with the a member of staff in front of customers. Service in general is slow.
