Poor quality; incorrect order (meat in stead of veg); poor value for money

Today I ordered a falafel wrap (being vegetarian) and was given a chicken wrap which unfortunately bit into. I had to drive back and the ladies apologised and begged that I do not lodge a complaint against them for fear of being fired. Besides that I feel like over the past year at least I have way more bad experiences than good ones at Kauai. The consistency is severely lacking and the smoothies are often tasteless. Not worth your time, excitement, or money.
