Poor management at Kauai

The working staff at Kauai virgin active east gate is extremely helpful and try their best, However, the manager is literally pathetic. First of all , in the 2 years we come to Kauai we NEVER saw him, and while the staff rushing and running to help everyone, they still need to worry about pepper grinders that is broken and don't work for 3 months now. It is simply poor management, the staff on the floor is great and always willing to help and go the extra mile.
