Poor first impressions.

At the Menlyn Mall branch, we went for breakfast and was assisted by the very unfriendly Anna. Her bad mood and rudeness has my whole day looking pretty bleak. I would not want someone with such a bad attitude and cloud hanging over their head standing at the entrance of my business. Especially as the person who sets the mood amd makes the first impression. Lets hope the day isnt as bad as she lets it seem to be. It would be great if she atleast looks like she wants to be at work.
