Poor customer service

I ordered a meal at Kauai Boksburg Elridge through Uber Eats yesterday. When my order arrived one of the items I ordered was not there. I asked the driver about it and he said that item wasn't given to him. I called them directly and I spoke to the manager to find out what happened and she confirmed that they forgot to give the driver the second item. She will either send someone to drop it off or the driver can go back to collect that was just before 2pm yesterday. I still haven't received the second Item I ordered, the manager didn't even bother to reach out to me yesterday or to refund my account.
