Poor customer service

Its been almost a month since i brought this matter to Kauai via twitter, i was told i will get a follow up as they took my details, till today nothing has happened.<br> <br> My gripe is that the employee at the Randburg branch told me that there was a new recipe for the peanut butter bomb( i have images) and i am not happy at all.<br> <br> I am a regular gym goer and i buy alot from kauai but this recent experience has shown me that as an organisation you don't care about the ramifications...<br> <br> I have discouraged all my friends and family from your establishment.
