POOR AND TASTELESS SERVICE!!

I have placed an order at KAUAI CASTLE GATE using the Kauai Mobile App at 15:31, of which I got an immediate message on the app informing me that the order has been accepted together with the order reference number. When placing the order I have elected for pickup at 16:15 as I had to travel a distance to get to the store. Upon my arrival at the store at around 16:04 I showed my phone with the reference number to the cashier (Lerato) who, firstly, did not even made any attempt to take a proper look at the reference number in order to check it on their system. Secondly, she informed me that the order has only come through now. She also did not know what I had ordered. By that time a gentleman (Darren) approached me and Lerato and immediately wanted to quarrel with me about the order. I had to tell both of them what I had ordered. At the same time I also told them that I have already placed the order at 15:31 and that it gave them 45 minute to prepare the order, which was not a big order. I also told them that when I had used the same method of ordering with other stores I have never had to quarrel with staff to get my order nor have I been met with this total lack of interest and effort to even check the reference number, that I would always get my orders upon arrival or that staff will communicate in the event that we have to wait a bit. I find it highly unlikely that it will take an order more than 30 minutes to get from my phone to the store. In my view this is a clear sign of people demanding a job but having no pride in what they are doing, despite the fact that they are dealing with customers each and every day, and think nothing of their customers - the people who actually see to it that they still have a job to this day - having to wait or being ill treated for something which has already been paid for. But if you dare treating them the same way, then we all know what is going to happen... So, get your act together and decide which hat you want to wear because this conduct is NOT ACCEPTABLE and I will not stand for conduct such as this, not today, not ever! Either you do what is expected of you or you give way to someone who WANTS to work. YOU DECIDE!!
