KAUAI is an organisation of *******, in April 2022 I purchased a subscription of R249 for 5 wraps in a month, unfortunately due to work I had to travel outside of the country for 1 month and half. At that time I only purchased 1 wrap which I estimate at R50. Now upon my return I asked them to refund my R200 or at least allocate the R200 to wallet so that I can purchase something else but they refused to refund the money stating the T’s&C’s which I asked and they sent me but did not show or mention that no refund would be given should the subscription not be consumed fully. I’ve sent them several emails requesting the refund of my balance R200 but they ignoring them. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM KUAIA AS ITS AN ORGANISATION OF *******
