Plastic pieces found in Berry Dairy Smoothie

I bought two smoothies back on the 21st Sep. The one was for a colleague who was celebrating her birthday. She had one smoothie and right in the middle of it, she found hard plastic pieces inside. I emailed the head office and sent them pictures, and they still haven't gotten back to me! It's seriously shocking! So much for launching a new better brand! I am very disappointed with the staff at Meyersdal Virgin Active Kauai and the head office for not responding! It's 2 WEEKS later!
